The Process

Your inflatable theme park manufacturing process, from start to finish.

1. Location
 Firstly, we highly recommend finding a location suitable for your inflatable theme park. The reason for this is we need to know the structure of the building, such as fire escapes, windows, structural pillars and other important features of the building. This way you will also know the exact size of space you have to work with.

2. Free Consultation & No obligation Quote
Give us a call and we will have a chat about the in's and out's of how an inflatable theme park is made, any questions you may have and get an early estimate cost for your inflatable and discuss finance options if required.


3. Consider Your Finance Approach
After receiving an estimate cost for your inflatable park consider what options you have to pay for its manufacturing. Are you going to pay outright in cash? Would business or personal finance be a better option for you?

4. Pay Your Deposit
Generally we require anywhere between 10% and 50% deposit depending on the inflatable theme park on order. Once your deposit is paid we can begin starting the final design process to achieve your perfect final design.

5. Design Process
We begin working closely with yourself to develop your own perfectly suited inflatable play park design. This will determine the final price of your inflatable park, however this will never to be too different from your original quote, it will only change should you want some extravagant extras.
6. Manufacturing Process

After the design is finalised, we will have the inflatable manufactured to the exact design agreed. This process could take up to 4 months maximum. Depending on the size of the inflatable theme park will determine how many pieces it is manufactured in, it could be anywhere from 3 pieces to 25 pieces. Just to note, all the blowers are included in the price you are given.

7. Delivery & Installation
Once your inflatable theme park is manufactured and ready for delivery, we will arrange a date for it to be shipped to your location via a container shipment. We will also arrange the date you would like us to install the play park into the location.
This process could take up 3 days, but usually it only takes 1 day.
Installation will require us making sure every aspect of the inflatable theme park is correctly setup and ready for use.

8. Training
  • We will provide you and your staff with training on:
  • How to operate an inflatable and blower
  • What to do in case of emergencies (i.e. powercuts)
  • Moving and storing inflatables
  • Minor repair techniques

9. Aftercare & Maintenance
Once you are up and running and your inflatable theme park is open for business, we remain on hand to provide you with any additional help you may need when it comes to looking after your inflatable. We can also conduct maintenance work as time goes by.
